📁 Preparing Your DSAR
Name files clearly before uploading: e.g. "01_Mortgage_Offer.pdf", "02_Internal_Notes.pdf". The scanner preserves filenames in the breach evidence log.
🔍 What Gets Scanned
Filenames, metadata, and any readable text content are checked against 90+ FCA rule patterns. Scanned image PDFs show as text-limited — extract text first using Adobe or Google Drive OCR for best results.
✉ The Notice of Breach
Once breaches are identified, the Notice of Breach tab auto-populates the regulatory citations into a formal letter, ready to send by recorded delivery.
